MD Policies
Monthly passes:
You can choose from several monthly season tickets. The single group pass includes 2 classes per week in a group of your choice, which means 7-9 dance classes per month. With a two-group pass, you can join two groups, which means 4 classes per week. With the unlimited pass you can attend as many classes as you want (You cannot attend classes above your level, only classes at your level and below). The Friday pass is only valid for classes on Fridays.
Passes must be paid by the 7th of the month. If you pay after the 21st, you will be charged a late fee of +3000 Ft. If you pay the previous month’s pass the following month, you will be charged +5000 Ft. Of course, if for some financial reason you are unable to pay your pass on time and you inform us in email, there will be no penalty.
If you are absent for 2 weeks or more due to illness, and you give us advance notice, we can move your season ticket to the next month.
Single class tickets:
If you want to come to a training session with a single class ticket, you must pay the fee at the reception desk before the class. If you pay at the end of the class, you will have to pay +1000 Ft.
In case you do not pay the ticket at all, you will receive a first reminder. If this happens again, you will not be allowed to attend classes until you have settled the debt. If you fail to pay the lesson fee for the third time, you will be banned from the dance school.
Group changes, re-enrollment:
You can change groups at any time, and the process is free of charge. However, we do ask that you let us know so that we can change your group in the system. If you change to another group without letting us know, you will be charged for all the hours you have danced there. Please be considerate of our work, as our goal is to comfortably accommodate students in all groups.
Feedback:
If you would like feedback on your progress and performance in class, feel free to contact your teacher!
We think it is important that you have the opportunity to give us feedback! If you have any requests, observations or criticisms that you would like to share with us, please feel free to email them to us. Please do not forget that we all need a few months to be able to give a relevant feedback on your performance. Our teachers are happy to answer your questions, but please keep in mind that sometimes we don’t have the chance to discuss each student’s cases during the classes.
Class Back:
First and foremost, we are introducing a classback system that guarantees your good experience in the classes. The classback system will also give new and returning students the opportunity to get a free class, if they had a negative experience in a dance class. This also applies if, due to an administrative error, you are put in the wrong class by the reception, and as a result you do not have the experience you were expecting. This will be determined either in person at the reception or via email. It is important to note that this option is only available to students who are taking their first class in a new group.
